Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated. Oakwood Finance reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in accordance with the applicable competition mechanics (for example, random draw or skill-based selection). Winners will be notified directly using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

7. Privacy & Consent

By entering a competition, entrants consent to Oakwood Finance collecting, using, and storing their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting them regarding Oakwood Finance products and services. 8. Permits
