Professionals & Executives – When Our Expertise Is Right for You
Our expertise is well suited to professionals operating at a senior level, including CEOs, executives, and high-income decision-makers with complex financial positions.
This includes scenarios where income is not straightforward, such as bonus structures, shares, or franked and unfranked distributions, as well as clients utilising multiple entities such as individual or corporate trustee structures.
We support clients with diverse asset positions, including liquid assets such as shares that may be used as part of a deposit strategy, and those seeking to structure lending across personal, business, and SMSF environments.
You may find value in working with us if you are time-poor and require a coordinated approach across your accountant, lawyer, financial planner, and buyer’s agent, so every adviser is working from the same plan.
Our role is to simplify complex lending, reduce inefficiencies, and position you for long-term growth through careful structuring and ongoing relationship management.

A high income assessed badly
Executives and senior professionals are often assessed worse than their income deserves, because the parts of the package that matter most are the parts a standard template handles least well.
Where the assessment goes wrong
Bonuses and commissions. Treated very differently between lenders: some count 100 per cent with a two-year history, some 80 per cent, some only the lower of the last two years, some nothing at all. On a package where variable pay is a third of the total, that choice moves borrowing capacity by hundreds of thousands.
Equity and share schemes. RSUs and vested share plans are real income and are ignored entirely by many lenders. A few will recognise a consistent vesting history, which can be the difference on a larger purchase.
Allowances and salary packaging. Car, travel and living-away allowances are sometimes added and sometimes not, and packaging arrangements can make gross salary look smaller than it is.
Foreign or recently-returned income. Earnings in another currency, or an Australian role just commenced after time overseas, both need presenting rather than simply submitting.
Mortgage insurance waivers
Several lenders waive Lenders Mortgage Insurance for eligible professionals borrowing up to 90 per cent, and a few to 95. The qualifying occupation lists differ by lender and are narrower than the marketing implies – medical and legal professions feature most often, accountants and some others on particular lenders’ lists. On a $1.2m purchase the concession is commonly worth $25,000 to $40,000. The right question is which lender’s list you are actually on. If you work in medicine or dentistry, see medical and specialised lending.
What usually matters more than rate
Speed and certainty. A senior professional buying at auction or in a competitive market needs a position they can rely on, not the sharpest advertised number from a lender who will take five weeks and then query the bonus. We tell you which lenders will genuinely move at pace on your profile.
