Oakwood Finance – $250 Referral Reward Program

Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Oakwood Finance $250 Referral Reward Program rewards eligible clients who refer a new client to Oakwood Finance. A referral reward of $250 AUD will be paid where all eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions have been satisfied.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the referral reward:

  • The referrer must be an existing or previous client of Oakwood Finance.
  • The referred person must be a new client who has not previously enquired with, been introduced to, or received finance assistance from Oakwood Finance.
  • The referred client must identify the referrer at or before their initial consultation with Oakwood Finance.
  • Referrals cannot be claimed retrospectively once the finance application process has commenced.

3. Qualifying Loan

The referral reward will only be payable where:

  • The referred client’s loan is successfully arranged through Oakwood Finance.
  • The total loan amount is $500,000 AUD or greater.
  • The loan proceeds to settlement.
  • Oakwood Finance receives the applicable upfront commission from the lender.

4. Referral Reward

  • Eligible referrers will receive one (1) payment of $250 AUD for each qualifying settled loan.
  • The reward will be paid by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to an Australian bank account nominated by the referrer.
  • Payment will generally be made within 30 business days of settlement and receipt of the lender’s upfront commission.

5. Exclusions

The referral reward is not payable where:

  • The referred client is an existing client or previous enquiry of Oakwood Finance.
  • The referred client has already been referred by another person.
  • The loan application is withdrawn, declined or does not proceed to settlement.
  • The settled loan amount is less than $500,000 AUD.
  • The lender does not pay an upfront commission to Oakwood Finance.
  • The referral relates to the referrer’s own finance application or refinance.
  • The referral is considered fraudulent, misleading or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

6. Privacy

Referrers should obtain the referred person’s permission before providing their contact details to Oakwood Finance. All personal information will be handled in accordance with Oakwood Finance’s Privacy Policy.

7. Taxation

Any taxation obligations arising from receipt of the referral reward are the responsibility of the recipient. Independent taxation advice should be obtained if required.

8. Changes to the Program

Oakwood Finance reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Referral Reward Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. General

  • The referral reward is not transferable or redeemable for any other product or service.
  • Oakwood Finance reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all referrals.
  • Oakwood Finance’s decision regarding eligibility is final.
  • Participation in the Referral Reward Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
