  1. The $500 cashback offer is available for eligible home loan applications submitted through Oakwood Finance between 1 February 2026 and 31 March 2026 and settled within this period.

  2. The offer applies to eligible refinances and residential purchase transactions only.

  3. All applications are subject to lender approval and standard lending criteria.

  4. The loan must successfully settle for the cashback to be payable.

  5. The $500 cashback will be paid by Oakwood Finance via electronic transfer within 30 days of confirmed settlement.

  6. This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other Oakwood Finance promotional offer unless otherwise stated.

  7. Oakwood Finance reserves the right to vary, withdraw or extend this promotion at any time without notice.
