Terms & Conditions
1.This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
2.To be eligible, applicants must refinance their home loan through Oakwood Finance and settle a loan of $500,000 or more during the promotional period.
3.Only one entry per eligible refinance loan.
4.There will be one (1) winner drawn at random.
5.The winner will receive their choice of either:

a $500 Visa Gift Card, or
-
a coffee machine valued at up to $500.
6.The coffee machine will be selected by Oakwood Finance and will be of equal or lesser value than $500. No substitutions or upgrades are available.
7.Finance is subject to the lender’s credit assessment and lending criteria, and is at the sole discretion of the bank or lender.
8.Being entered into the promotion does not guarantee loan approval.
9.The winner will be drawn on [Insert Draw Date] and notified via phone and email.
10.If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, a new winner may be drawn.
11.The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash (except for the Visa Gift Card).
